It doesn’t say anywhere in the article that Dr. Fadhli is Muslim or that the victim wasn’t. And sadly, it doesn’t say what we’ve been hearing at the hospital, in Dr. Fadhli’s defense — the man who was shot allegedly attempted to rob Dr. Fadhli’s wife and son at gunpoint. Thus, the good doc was trying to protect his family. This was not Muslim v. non-Muslim. It was not an act of terrorism or jihad. It was simply American citizen v. American citizen (Fadhli was born in Indiana).
